I am passionate about leading an active, healthy lifestyle and enjoy coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential. I was past President and Head Coach of the Barrie Baydogs Triathlon Club, completed two Ironman triathlons, and a Boston Marathon finisher. You will find me on weekends skiing or hiking the Bruce Trail with my family.
