The Creative Coordinator’s focus is on building brand awareness and driving engagement on social
media, as well as supporting partner growth and retention. Responsible for the collaborative
development, implementation, and execution of social media campaigns, strategic communication, and
marketing plans by working with the creative team.
The Creative Coordinator ensures original, consistent, and engaging content, while promoting the value
and positive nature of the SBX brand in all environments. The Creative Coordinator is responsible for
social media content creation and coordination, program development and management, and the
evolution of the digital platform.
In this role, you’ll:
● Be the Sandbox ‘Brand guardian’ – Maintain unified brand voice across all marketing initiatives
and communications, creating consistency across all social media platforms
● Coordinate, design, and implement communication and content across various outlets and
social media platforms
● Remain curious and aware of ongoing marketing and social media trends to relay back to the
creative team for implementation
● Assist the planning, coordination, and execution of programming, web development, and digital
platform strategy
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally
● Nurture and develop relationships with all stakeholders associated with the SBX
● Team Player wanting to grow with the social organization
● Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
● Previous experience with social media coordination and digital content creation
● Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media
management tools. Experience Hubspot CRM platform considered an asset, but not required.
● Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
● Excellent social listening skills
● Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social
media space
● Strong copywriting and copy editing skills considered an asset
● Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills

This role is generally responsible for maintaining an inviting, clean, safety-focused, and healthy
environment in order to provide the Sandbox community with the most positive experience possible
while ensuring all client needs are taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.
The Guest Experience Coordinator is a part time role, working between the hours of 8:30am-6pm, 15-30
hours per week.
In this role, you’ll:
● Conduct daily walk-throughs to address any building and operational needs.
● Carryout light duty cleaning throughout the beautiful 8,000 square foot space. This includes:
o Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
o Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, cabinets and monitors
o Waste basket & recycling bins emptied and relined
o Fill & empty dishwasher
o Clean sinks, counters, faucets, toilets, mirrors
o Clean doors, rails, walls and whiteboards
o Clean windows & windowsills (indoor)
o Clean specialty equipment such as waterfall & popcorn machine
o Polish all stainless-steel fixtures
o Deep clean as needed (indoor, patio, stairwell, elevator and lobby)
● Organize cleaning supplies and office materials
● Replenish supply of amenities such as cleaning products & supplies
● Participate in all event coordination:
o Room set-up and breakdown
o Tidy up during events
o Checking in clients
o Coat check
● Water plants and greenery
● Use hand tools as necessary for repair or defective parts around the facility. For example:
hanging artwork, tightening loose screws in tables or chairs, etc.
● Build relationships within the Sandbox community
o Welcome clients to the SBX
o Provide tours of the space
o Cover the front reception area
● Supporting the team where needed
● Team Player wanting to grow with the social organization
● Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
● Previous experience with maintenance could be helpful
● Technical inclination is not necessary, but an asset (digital, computer and/or audio skills)
● Preferred experience in customer service-related industry
● Ability to lift up to 50lbs
