Deborah Rosati is an accomplished corporate director, entrepreneur, Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant and certified Corporate Director. She has more than 30 years of experience in technology, consumer, retail, cannabis, private equity and venture capital. An experienced Audit Committee and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee Chair, Deborah provides extensive knowledge as a Corporate Director in the areas of financial and enterprise risk management, corporate strategy, transformational changes, M&A, corporate governance, as well as CEO and board succession planning.
Deborah currently serves on Khiron Life Sciences Corp. as Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair. Previously, Deborah served on the board of Lift & Co. Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee. Additionally, she served as Chair of the Audit Committee on the board of MedReleaf, acquired by Aurora Cannabis in July 2018. She was also Chair of the Audit Committee on the board of NexJ Systems and served on the board of Sears Canada.
She is the Founder & CEO of Women Get On Board, a leading member-based company that connects, promotes and empowers women to corporate boards. Deborah was recognized as a 2020 “Director to Watch” and a 2014 “Diversity 50” candidate. In 2012, she was selected as one of WXN’s Top 100 Canada’s Most Powerful Women in the corporate director award category.

Danielle is the Managing Director at the Sandbox Centre. Sandra Henderson, Regional President, Greater Toronto Area
Sandra Henderson is Regional President, Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for BMO Private Wealth, responsible for leading an integrated team of experts from across GTA in providing holistic, full service solutions to high net worth clients and their families. Included in the team are professionals from Wealth Planning, Private Banking, Tax, Investments, Trust & Estates and Insurance.
Prior to becoming Regional President for GTA, Sandra served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BMO Private Wealth, overseeing the planning, development and implementation of product and service strategies to enable delivery of differentiated client solutions. Sandra held the position of COO in the U.S. for Wealth Management and before this was Senior Vice President, Eastern Ontario Division for BMO Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking. Sandra has also held several executive roles in Wealth Management across Canada and Asia. Before joining BMO in 2004, she was the Regional Vice President, Prairies Division, at RBC.
Sandra is a board member for the Investment Industry Association of Canada; the International Women’s Forum Canada, the Leadership Council for Inclusion and Diversity; Women in a Supported Environment Advisory Board; and Co-Chair for BMO for Women U.S. Sandra has been actively involved in several not-for-profit corporations and charities throughout her career, including Skate Canada, The Ottawa Hospital Foundation, Calgary Children’s Initiative, and the United Way. Sandra received her MBA from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. She completed the Get on Board, Director Education Program from the Canadian Board Diversity Council, as well as the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers course through the Canadian Securities Institute.
