At this point, we are well aware of steps that we can take to protect our physical health amidst this epidemic: washing our hands, staying in if we are sick and avoiding close contact with
others, but what about our mental health? It is nearly impossible to avoid the topic of COVID-19 regardless of where you are or what you are doing.

COVID-19 has been the cause of workplace closures, temporary layoffs and gatherings being canceled or postponed; employers are restricting travel, meetings have been moved to online video conferences and organizations are deploying action plans to mitigate the impact of Coronavirus on both their business and their employees. How are all these actions affecting employees and what role does HR play?
