Participants connect to and discuss the compelling reasons, both social and organizational, to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion. Introduction to the Equity SequenceTM, a series of focused questions they can apply individually and collectively when making key decisions. From a peer demonstration see how the Equity SequenceTM can be applied in practice.
Participants will learn the Equity SequenceTM online. Learners practice applying the Equity SequenceTM to one or more relevant case studies of their choice before ultimately applying it to work they’re doing already, anyway. Have collaborative, effective, and engaging virtual conversations about building equity, while applying those learnings to these real-life scenarios. Learners will have identified exciting near-term and real-world opportunities to apply the Equity SequenceTM to the benefit of your organization, your culture, and the people you serve.
Participants will work together by connecting to and discussing the compelling reasons, both social and organizational, to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion. This will be done through content tailored to your business, your clients and stakeholders, and broader sectoral context. Be supported in identifying the linkage between business challenges and equality challenges. Together we apply the Equity SequenceTM for your chance to uncover – together – opportunities to make it more equitable and inclusive for all!
Value of program is $300.00 per participant. SBX and supporting Partners who have made the opportunity possible to provide this program are offering it by no cost to participants as we believe there should be no barrier to cost when it comes to making positive change among our community. That being said, we are asking applicants to provide a message on why they should be selected to participate in this program. Each application will be carefully considered and those selected will be notified with further instruction on what to expect when the program begins. Applicants who are not selected for this upcoming cohort will be considered and encouraged to participate in the next scheduled cohort.
Please note this program is intentionally limited in size for registration to ensure the experience is enriching, reflective, and impactful.
